Furnitures and other products lisred in the web site comes with Manufctures warranty only against any claim at the time of delivery of product. Warranty claim is possible against any manufacturing defects or damage during delivery only.

We are shipping out side India for many years, but for Art and Craft products we rarely face any customs duty requests. However we cannot guarantee any customs duty in your country as the formalities depends on the regulatory authorities in custoemr country. Kindly contact your local authories to ensure smooth shopping and customs clearance.

We deliver to 30 countries world wide via leadig courier like FedEx, Aramex and DHL. Normally the shipping time is 3 to 7 working days outside India, but if the ordered item is a special custom made product, delivery time can be extended. Normally below are our standard delivery time.

Art and Craft Products : 3 to 7 Working Days

We have 2 offices based in India and  Dubai, (United Arab Emirates ). Detailed address are mentioned in our contact page. In Dubai, our office is in Al Ghurair Center (One of Dubai's prime shopping malls). We also have access from Metro station (We are close to Union or Salah Al Din Metro stations). We keep our products in our warehouse in India and Dubai. Soon we will be launching our "Studio" where the selected products will be showcased for customer touch and feel experience. For the products that are supplied from our suppliers directly, there is no access to see the product in advance. 

We have multiple payment options. Standard Payment method is via Credti or Debit Card through our secured online payment gateway. Also we accept direct Bank Transfers, Cash or Card On Delivery and payments via selected loyalty pounts. Cash On Delivery or Card On Delivery are available only to selected city limits. Also now we have introduced Points Pay where you can buy a product using Etihad Guest Miles or Etisalat More Rewards. Please check our payment page for EMI payment optios. 

We are an online shopping site so all orders can be placed online directly and if you need further assistance by phone, please call our office number (India +91 963 666 9032,  UAE +971 4 255 2393). Our office working hours are from 9AM till 6 PM Sunday to Thursday and from 9 AM till 3 PM on Saturdays. 

Normally an order will take 2 to 7 days for shipping based on the shipping point. We have 3 kind of shipping options. One is the product that are shipped directly from our warehouse, which is known as "Moorni Direct" which you can see under "Seller Details". Second option is the goods that are shipped from Suppliers in India and 3rd option is the suppliers from UAE. For Moorni Direct and Suppliers from UAE, the shipping time can be 2 to 7 days and for out side India suppliers, the delivery time can be more than 7 days.
