Warranty and Return Policies

Most of our products are hand crafted and home made. Hence like every “Art piece” all our products are unique and different from each other. So imperfection is the unique feature of these products. There are fewer chances of any warranty issues that may arise for an art. But for the electrical accessories and related products we give 6 months standard warranty support. Below are the products that are eligible for warranty claims.

Products eligible for warranty claims

• Electronic products such as solar lights, wireless speakers, aroma diffusers, lights and fittings.
• Wellness Products such as Air purifiers, vintage fans and massagers.

Warranty for all other Art Products and Furniture

• Warranty or damage claim can be done during delivery of the products against any manufacturing defects or damage during delivery and product different than what is ordered.

Return Policies

Products once purchased and paid can be returned only under following circumstances.

• Product has manufacturing defect or damaged during delivery. 
• Product that is entirely different than what is ordered by customer.

Warranty Replacement or Refund

• Warranty replacement can take 15 to 30 working days for Art and Craft Products if products are available with supplier. Else refund will be issued to customer after deducting shipping charges (If any).
• Warranty for Furniture can take 7 to 10 weeks if products are available with manufacturer. Else refund will be issued to customer in the form of original payment method (Cash or Credit Card) after deducting the original shipping charges.
